Weekend Football Accumulator Tip for Saturday 4th April

Saturday’s football accumulator tip comes from the Premier League and Football League matches but you have a choice on the coupon.

We have included an early kick-off in this bet because of the reduced schedule so it’s up to you whether you include it in your accumulator or not.

The 5-fold pays 46/1 at Betfred or the 4-fold (without Barnsley) pays 12.5/1.

Weekend Accumulator Tips:

Leicester to beat West Ham

We start this week’s accumulator tip with bottom of the table Leicester. The Foxes have really struggled to get results this term since storming to the Championship title last season. They have just four league victories to their name but have been playing some good football. In fact they haven't lost any match this season by more than two goals and were unlucky to lose at Spurs last time out. After a great first half to the campaign West Ham have struggled since the turn of the year winning just two matches in 2015. The Hammers are sitting comfortably in mid table and don't have much to play for and I think that Leicester can take advantage of that and start our bet off with a victory. The great escape for the Foxes starts here.

Swansea to beat Hull

Both of these clubs were expected to struggle at the start of the campaign and although Hull do find themselves in a relegation battle, Swansea have been in the top half all season. Manager Gary Monk has The Swans playing some entertaining football. The loss of main hitman Bony to Man City couldn't have been easy but they keep getting the results needed and have won three from their last five. Hull have had a very difficult season and have just two league victories away from home. Sadly for the Tiger's fans I think that this will end up in more away day misery followed by a long trip back home from South Wales.

West Brom to beat QPR

We continue this weekend’s accumulator with West Brom. The Baggie's were another team who were struggling at the wrong end of the table before Christmas. However the appointment of Tony Pulis is looking like a master stroke. They have lost just three league outings since then and are almost safe from relegation. A win here against a very poor QPR should near enough guarantee Premier League football at The Hawthorns again next season. QPR are on a terrible run losing nine out of their last ten. Their away form is even worse with just one match away from Loftus Road not ending in defeat. This all points to a West Brom win for me.

Barnsley to beat Sheffield United

Barnsley look well over priced in this Yorkshire derby. The Tykes have been in great form since new manager Lee Johnson took charge. They are unbeaten in eight matches under Johnson and have changed what looked like a disappointing season in what could become a very successful one. Another win here could see them move into the play-offs. Sheffield United are without doubt the biggest name in League One but have found it difficult in recent years to find a route back to the Championship. The Blades are just clinging to a play-off spot but are struggling for victories with just three in their last ten matches. Barnsley are very much the form side in this one and will hopefully come out on top.

Grimsby to beat Gateshead

Gateshead have had a good season and still have an outside chance of reaching the end of season play-offs. However they come up against a Grimsby side that have been in great form in recent weeks and have taken advantage of the inconsistent results of the clubs above them to put themselves right in the middle of the battle for the title. A couple of months ago the Mariners would have been happy to just secure a place in the play-offs but a run of seven victories in eight have seen them rise to second in the league and just a single point behind leaders Barnet. Bank on Grimsby continuing their good run and winning the final leg of our accumulator.
