Norway haven't qualified for a major finals since Euro 2000 but with the Euro's now being a 24 team tournament they won't have a better chance than this. Both these sides lost their group opener 2-0 so will be wanting to get their campaigns back on track and I think that The Scandinavians have just enough about them to get the victory that they need to do that.

Iceland to beat Latvia

Iceland have had a couple of strong qualification campaigns in recent years without quite making it to the big event.
