Stoke to beat QPR

We start this weeks accumulator coupon with Stoke. This week has not been the best for The Potter's with target man Bojan being ruled out for the season but I still see no reason why they won't beat QPR. They still have options going forward and are tough to beat on their own patch and a home win looks the best bet. QPR are still yet to register a single point on their travels this term and they will have to turn that form around if they want to remain in The Premier League but I just can't see that happening against such a well organised side.

 

Ipswich to beat Wigan

Few would have expected that Wigan would be sitting in the relegation zone at this stage of the season. They find themselves second from bottom and a massive eight points from safety and a second relegation in three years is a real possibility. They have just one victory in fourteen and travel to an Ipswich side with promotion to The Premier League very much on their minds. The Tractor Boys have lost just twice at Portman Road all season and will view this as a must win game against a side struggling for confidence.

 

Bradford to beat Colchester

We continue this week’s accumulator tip with last week’s FA Cup heroes Bradford. Having knocking Chelsea out of The FA Cup some might think that their minds will be elsewhere but if you look back to when they reached The League Cup final in 2013, they also gained promotion. Winning breeds confidence and manager Phil Parkinson will once again be looking to carry their cup form into the league. They face a Colchester side fighting to stay in the division. The U's currently sit in the drop zone and will be hoping to get something from this game but they may well struggle to do that against a team on such a high.

 

Stevenage to Beat Oxford

Both of these clubs had an inconsistent first half to the campaign and while Oxford are just about managing to keep themselves away from a relegation scrap, Steveange have found some form and are now in the play-off mix. Stevenage have won five of the last seven matches and will be looking for another three points to put pressure on the teams above them. Oxford sit just three points above the relegation zone and need to get some results to pull them clear of the bottom two. They have just one away victory since November and I can't see them improving that against Graham Westley's men.

 

Wycombe to beat Portsmouth

We finish our weekend accumulator with top of the table Wycombe. The Chairboys escaped relegation on the final day of last season and few expected them to be flying so high this term. They are unbeaten in ten league outings and should have enough to beat a disappointing Portsmouth. Pompey were the ante post favourites for League Two but find themselves just two points above the drop zone. It would be a disaster for a club this size to be playing non-league football but that is becoming a possibility. They haven't won in eight matches and their form needs to improve quickly but I just don't see that happening against an in form Wanderer's side who will hopefully be bringing home this weekend’s accumulator.
