Bournemouth v Norwich City betting tips and predictions for this week’s Premier League fixture and the three best weekend football tips from our tipster.
Bournemouth host Norwich City in a match where both sides will be desperate for the three points and I have three tips for this one.
Bournemouth v Norwich Predictions
Bournemouth picked up some much needed points over the Festive period, but let a 1-0 lead slip last time out at home to West Ham and ended up losing the game 3-1. They didn't play badly, first half in particular, but it's another home game without a win now for the Cherries who have only picked up three points on home turf twice this season.
Norwich have an equally bad away record too, after their latest defeat to Stoke they've only recorded two wins away from Carrow Road this term. They've lost six of the last seven games away and are now only four points ahead of 18th placed Sunderland who are steadily improving after two wins in a row. The Cherries are in a more precarious position, only two points above the Mackems, but a home win here will see them leapfrog Norwich in the table. The Canaries however do have a good record against Bournemouth and won the reverse fixture 3-1 back in September. Both sides are in need of the three points but in a match like this it's vital not to get beat. With that in mind, the poor home form of Bournemouth and the equally poor away form of Norwich I'm going for the draw.
My first Premier League prediction for Bournemouth v Norwich this weekend is the match to end a draw and the best odds are 13/5 with Bet Victor.

Eddie Howe has been active in the transfer market this month. He's signed Benik Afobe, resigned fellow striker Lewis Grabban and Juan Iturbe has joined on loan. All three made their debuts in that defeat to West Ham, and all three could start this one. Grabban has joined from Norwich, it would be quite a story if he was to score his first goal since re-joining against his former club…I'm going to put a couple of quid on it myself, it's 13/5 with Ladbrokes if you fancy it.

Gary O'Neil will miss this one for Norwich after his red card in that defeat at Stoke. Matt Jarvis, who has recently joined on a permanent basis, was a sub in that one and could start here to give Alex Neil some creativity down the wings. New signing Ivo Pinto could make his debut.
There could be a few goals in this which leads me to an over 2.5 goals betting tip. Only Sunderland and Newcastle United have conceded more than Bournemouth this season and Norwich aren't far behind having conceded 35. Eddie Howe's men have kept two cleans sheets in the last four league matches, but Norwich have only failed to score in four league games since August. If they both had better defences I'd be going for a 0-0 but I think both sides will take advantage of the others weaknesses at the back.
For that reason, my next Bournemouth v Norwich prediction is for over 2.5 goals to be scored and that’s 15/13 with 888Sport.

I'm going for a correct score bet for my third football tip on Bournemouth v Norwich City and saying this will be 2-2. At 18/1 with Bet365 I think this is definitely worth a punt.
