There are plenty of matches from around Europe and plenty at stake on Sunday. It could lead to mistakes at the back and scrappy goals being scored in the latter stages of the matches. We’re hoping so for our both teams to score tips this weekend.

Deportivo v Getafe

We’re hoping for goals in the La Liga match as Deportivo host Getafe. Both of these sides are out of form and have picked up just two wins in 16 games between themselves. They’re both struggling to defend and it’s no clean sheet in nine home matches and 18 overall for Deportivo. It’s no clean sheet in 13 away matches and 16 overall for Getafe. Because of these stats, this is going to be short, but it’s a banker in the BTTS Acca on Sunday. Getafe need the points and have started scoring again recently five goals in their last three matches, whilst heavy defeats aside from Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, Deportivo have scored in six of their last eight matches.

Valencia v Villarreal

Sticking with La Liga for this one. It’s the late kick off between Valencia and a Villarreal side who will have little time to recover from their Europa League exertions. Valencia have picked up recently beating Barcelona, Eibar and Sevilla. They’ve scored 10 goals in four matches and will surely find a way past Villarreal here at home. Villarreal are tough to break down, but fatigue might set in after Thursday and they’ve failed to keep a clean sheet in their last four away matches. Both Teams have found the net in three of Villarreal’s last four away matches with the 3-0 defeat at the Bernabeu being the exception. Valencia have only kept a single clean in their last eight and that gives us enough hope that the away side can get on the scoresheet.

 

Vitesse v FC Utrecht

All of the Eredivisie matches kick off at the same time this weekend as we enter the penultimate week of the season. Vitesse are just outside the Europa League Play-Off spots and are in the hunt. They will be desperate to obtain a spot in the end of season lottery. FC Utrecht already have one, but it’s not guaranteed – a few more points are needed. With something to play for, this should be a decent match. They often are good games when these sides met, the last five have featured both sides scoring. It’s now 6 games since FC Utrecht last kept a clean sheet, 7 if you include their Dutch cup final defeat to Feyenoord. They’ve scored in each of their last five away games though whilst Vitesse haven’t kept a clean sheet in four at home.

Heracles v ADO Den Haag

Sticking with the Eredivisie for our fourth and final selection. Heracles are another side looking to make their spot in the Europa League play-offs a little more comfortable with a home victory over ADO. They are now undefeated in six and have netted in each of those matches, including their last three matches here. You have to go back to the end of February to find the last time they failed to score at home. 27 of their 45 goals have come here this season. ADO have little to play for, but their pretty decent on the road and are unbeaten in their last three away matches. They’ve also scored in each of their last three away games and only failed to net against high flying PSV. They did keep a clean sheet away from home last time, but that was against a poor Willem II side, who are struggling at the bottom of the table.
