Ajax vs Standard Liege Betting Tip
Ajax have been scoring for fun in recent weeks. They hit 5 against lowly PEC Zwolle at the weekend and it seems like Peter Bosz’s side are finally clicking into top gear following an indifferent start. It was the second time within a week that they’ve hit 5 at the Amsterdam Arena and whilst I don’t think they’ll make it 15 goals in 3 games, they will surely get on the scoresheet here. Kasper Dolberg got on the scoresheet with a couple and even defender Davison Sanchez got in on the act. They’ve netted in every home game since the 26th January and I can’t see any reason why that run will be broken here. Standard Liege make the short hop over from Belgium and they’ve had a mixed start to the season. They drew 1-1 with Celta Vigo in their first Europa League group game and I fancy them to find a way past Ajax. In the league, Standard Liege have hit 6 in three games in the Jupiler League and will be looking to get their first victory in the competition this season. Ajax haven’t managed to keep a clean sheet in the any European competition this season, conceded twice to Rostov and PAOK in the Champions League Qualification before beating Panathinaikos 2-1 a couple of weeks ago.

Zenit St Petersburg vs AZ Alkmaar Betting Tip
Zenit were responsible for one of the games of the tournament and we’re only at Matchday 2! They beat Maccabi Tel Aviv 4-3 in the previous round of fixtures. They were trailing 3-0 and looking dead and buried, but the Russian side roared back into action and ended up snatching it in the 92nd minute. The hosts were down to 10 men for the final 9 minutes, but few could have foreseen such a collapse in Israel. They host AZ here and will fancy their chances of making it six points from six. They could only draw 2-2 with Anzhi at the weekend which makes it 6 goals conceded in their last four games. On the contrary, they’ve netted 23 times in 6 games, which is mightily impressive and Lucescu is having an effect on the side. They face AZ, who come off the back of a 2-2 draw at Go Ahead Eagles. They were dealt a blow with a late equaliser in the previous round which saw them draw 1-1 at home to Dundalk. In away games in all competitions, AZ have hit 11 goals in 4 matches, but one of those was a Dutch (KNVB Beker) Cup match against opponents from lower league. Both sides should provide an attacking spark and this could be another cracker, which is great for this football tip.

Hapoel Beer Sheva vs Southampton Betting Tip
Southampton will travel to Israel for their second game in the Europa League and they will be confident of coming away with something after their recent upturn in domestic form. Claude Puel is seemingly getting his message across and although the current state of the opposition is debateable, the win over West Ham was a very decent result. Charlie Austin and Shane Long will be battling for a position in the side with Jay Rodriguez still injured. The Saints have only failed to score once this season away at Manchester United early on in the campaign and will be confident of finding a way through. Beer Sheva kept a clean sheet against Celtic recently, but I fancy Southampton to find a way onto the scoresheet. The home side in 11 of 12 matches here and will be confident of finding a way past a Southampton defence which could see a few changes.

Genk vs Sassuolo Betting Tip
Belgium side Genk have been impressive at home this season so far, but they were undone in their last match here by Anderlecht. They went down 0-2, but were down to ten men in the second half. Providing they keep 11 men on the field, they should be able to find a way through here. Prior to their defeat against Anderlecht, they’d scored in every home since December 2015 and with Sassuolo having a few injuries to contend with, they should find a way through to complete our BTTS football tip in the Europa League. The Italian side are stronger at home, but on the road, they do get goals. They’ve netted in each of their last five away games including against the notoriously tight Juventus defence (2-1). They drew 1-1 in their recent away match with Crvena Zvezda. They netted three times against Athletic Bilbao in the previous and should be able to find a way past the Belgian side.
