After reluctantly being drawn against FC Barcelona in the knock-out stages of the Champions League this month, Arsenal fans far and wide could easily be forgiven for prioritising their club’s domestic duties in and amongst the English top-flight this season.
With Manchester City experiencing the same lack of consistency that has often hampered them throughout the modern era, Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United looking more and more void of attacking threat with every passing week – and Chelsea simply suffering one of their worst starts to a Premier League campaign in recent memory – the Gunners really could benefit from the current sense of unpredictability taking place this term.
So then, although Claudio Ranieri’s plucky Leicester City outfit remain impressively ahead of their envious competition at this particular stage in the proceedings – how does the general footballing community really rate the Gunners’ title chances in 2015/16?
Well, as Arsene Wenger’s side will be able to test their dominance against fellow title challengers Manchester City next Monday, many football fans have pointed towards that specific fixture as a potentially revealing one…
Should Arsenal win against Manchester city on Monday night, then the league is theirs to lose..#arsenal

However, a reasonable slice of the Emirates faithful nonetheless remain somewhat optimistic right in the here and now…
Only reason people are trying to banter Arsenal about the last time we won the league is cos they're scared this is our year?

Even in light of the recent injury concerns suffered in North London…
Arsenal fans are not worried about injuries. This is nothing new for us.

Yet, although Arsenal certainly seem to be thriving domestically this term, some Premier League watchers seemingly find themselves far from convinced…
Arsenal is like an elephant hanging on a branch. It will eventually fall down.

Especially if Arsene Wenger won’t be welcoming in any fresh talent this January…
#arsenal will never get a better shot at the title race this season, than now. Need to get it right in the January Transfer Window! #COYG

So, despite deserving a fair amount of praise for their impressive Premier League exploits so far this campaign…
We all have to give this arsenal team some credit, week in week out they do their best with the limited options they have.

…everything is still up for grabs down at the Emirates in 2015/16.
