Poland vs Finland predictions and betting tips for this weekend international friendly as Poland carry on their Euro 2016 preparations.
Poland entertain Finland on Saturday, kick off is scheduled for 16:30 at the Staion Miejski and our football tipster has picked the best three betting tips.
Poland vs Finland Predictions
Poland have qualified for the European competition in the summer and have since kept up a fantastic run of results. They have won the last five of the last six games and endured one draw in that time, they seem to be able to put some results together when at home. They haven’t been beat at their own stadium since a friendly back in March 2014 and have beaten teams such as Germany and the Czech Republic in that time and have managed five straight victories at home.
Finland however have no summer tournament to look forward too and to coincide with that they have a poor string of results behind them. With the players having nothing to prove to the boss he may have a hard time rallying them round to put up any sort of performance. They haven’t had a win in the last give suffering two back to back defeats in their last games, just what they needed before coming into this game. Surprisingly, they seem to find their best form away from home, and if they can take any sort of confidence booster into this game, the manager will drill that into them before the games hoping he can ignite a spark.
Lewandowski has scored in his past three games for Bayern and in his last two appearances for Poland has managed to score three, he might be a good outside bet for Euro 2016 top goalscorer despite Poland’s tough Euro 2016 Group C including Germany and Ukraine. It’s difficult to suggest who will start between him and Milik but with Milik starting and scoring against Serbia my guess would be it’s his turn to rest and Lewandowski’s turn to lead the line. With his natural goal scoring ability, a good record behind him and a Finland team down on confidence, if starting my first Poland vs Finland prediction is for Lewandowski score anytime at 19/20 with William Hill.

Finland have scored one goal in the last five away games, regardless of the result. I can see that stat carrying on, I don’t believe they will have the ability to score more than one however and definitely not win the game. Poland have conceded in four of the last five games at home so this suggest that that Finland to score over 0.5 goals looks good value at 21/20 with Coral for my next Poland vs Finland prediction.

Finally, I do believe Poland are going to have the firepower and class to win this game, I think an early goal will happen and then Poland will just see the game off to the final whistle, thus adding another victory on their record in the build up to the summer. Poland/Poland half time/full time looks good value at 5/4 with Coral. I am going to go with this as my final football betting tip for Poland vs Finland but bear in mind Finland may try to get to the break without conceding and then try and counter to nick the win. Draw/Poland may be wort ha little flutter at 16/5 with William Hill but I am not including that in my tips, it’s just food for thought.
