Norwich are in woeful form and their chances of staying in the Premier League get slimmer by the week. They've picked up just one point from the last 18 available and something drastic needs to change if they're to stay in the top flight. Manchester City haven't been in the greatest form all season, they're in fourth place ten points behind leaders Leicester, though do have a game in hand. The 4-0 win over Aston Villa ended a run of three successive league defeats and a win here could see them push on to mount a late title challenge.

 

Norwich will be without midfielder Alex Tettey, one of the few shining lights for the Canaries this season, and Steven Naismith and Robbie Brady may miss this too. Andre Wisdom and Sebastian Bassong should be fit. For City, Fabian Delph and Samir Nasri are still out along with Kevin De Bruyne, though the latter has returned to training.

 

The reverse fixture ended in a 2-1 win to the boys in blue, though Norwich could count themselves unfortunate to come away from the Etihad with nothing. These two have met at Carrow Road this season, the FA Cup tie seeing Manuel Pellegrini's men win comfortably 3-0. Meetings between these two almost always produce goals, there has been 40 in the last eight meetings and with both teams needing victory to stand a chance of achieving their respective aims I think they'll be a few in this one too. It's a must win game for both sides, but I think the quality of the away side will be too much for Norwich to handle. With Tettey out and Brady doubtful, who for me have been Norwich's best players this season, I can't see Norwich causing City too many problems. In fact, despite Manchester City's inconsistencies this season I think it will be a comfortable victory for the away side. I'm being slightly conservative though, but for my third Norwich vs Man City betting tip I'm going into the handicap market and betting on the Blues -1.
