After his fine goal-scoring form for Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid last season, and subsequent promising displays for Les Bleus upon the international scene at Euro 2016, France’s Antoine Griezmann certainly became something of a rather prized asset within the European game.
With the much talked about January transfer window looming patiently upon the horizon as the New Year approaches, the 25-year-old French international looks set to tempt the Premier League’s big spenders once again – but who, if any team currently operating among the English top-flight, will ultimately get their hands upon Griezmann before the winter window finally comes to an end?
Although much has been said about the former Real Sociedad winger and his reported interest in one day joining up with the Red Devils…

…Chelsea have always seemingly been in the race for Griezmann when all is said and done…
Griezmann the dream signing in January. He fits so perfectly in the current system. Chelsea should splash the cash on him.

Then again, Manchester United’s recent interest simply can’t be ignored…
It will be heinous, heartbreaking and unheard of, to see #Griezmann play for Man Utd instead of Chelsea! Wake up Chelsea board for once!

…and whilst the French international may indeed stay put at Atletico Madrid for at least the foreseeable future…
Why would Griezmann want to leave Atletico though? Challenging for title and UCL in a great team with a great manager but we can all dream

…is it only a matter of time before Manchester United manage to tie down their man?
Forget Trump, Griezmann wants to come to Man United.
