David Wagner’s Huddersfield are still in a terrific position in the Championship league table, but they are out-of-form and their good early season work is quickly being undone. He will help improve the younger members of the squad, but they require points instantly to keep their heads above water. Joyce hasn’t seen his side score in the two games he’s overseen, but can be heartened by a clean sheet against Barnsley last weekend. Scoring has been an issue for the North West side all campaign and they may not be able to find a way past Huddersfield here.

Not too many injury problems for David Wagner. Joe Lolley is a long term absentee whilst Harry Bunn is almost back to full fitness. The German boss is likely to revert back to the 4-3-2-1 formation which served them so well earlier in the season.
