BTTS Tips for Sunday 13th December
Liverpool v West Brom BTTS
Liverpool ruined a great number of football accumulators on Sunday by losing to Newcastle. They’ll be looking to bounce back in the same timeslot against the Baggies. Despite Daniel Sturridge’s latest injury setback, there’s still plenty firepower in the squad and their pressing style should lead to a few goals. West Brom conceded and scored against Spurs, West Ham and Arsenal lately and they could easily do the same to Liverpool. Both sides have scored in four of West Brom’s last five games with the exception being their 2-0 loss to Manchester United.
Napoli v Roma BTTS
This is one of a couple of really tasty looking matches in Serie A on Sunday. Later on it is Juventus v Fiorentina, but Napoli are the hosts for this one. They surprisingly lost 3-2 to Bologna last weekend and then won 5-2 on Thursday night in the Europa League. There seems to be plenty of goals around whenever they feature which is ideal for our both teams to score tip and they aren’t defending particularly convincingly at the moment. Roma have scored in three of their last four away games. They failed to find a way past Inter Milan, but are just one of a number of teams to come across that problem this season. They’ve scored in 88% of their away games and they’re the top scorers in the league with 30 goals.
Salzburg v Rapid Wien BTTS
Over in Austria, we were surprised when Salzburg could only draw 0-0 last Sunday, but both teams have scored in three of their last four games and we fancy them to bounce back here. They have scored in each of their home games this season and should continue that trend here. Last week was just their second clean sheet in eight and here they face the second highest scorers in the league in Rapid Wien. Both these sides are in good form and will be full of confidence going into this. Rapid Wien have scored in each of their last 11 matches both home and away whilst Salzburg have notched in each of their last nine home matches.
Anderlecht v Oostende BTTS
The Belgian league is one with plenty of goals and we have been getting plenty of joy recently. Anderlecht are one of the few teams who rarely oblige when it comes to goals, they have a tight defence, but it’s become increasingly slack in recent weeks. At home, they won 3-2 last time against Oud-Heverlee as well as conceding to Club Brugge & KV Mechelen. They’ve still only conceded seven goals at home all season, but four of them have come in their last four away matches. 78% of Oostende’s games away from home have featured both teams scoring and this could be another to add to the collection for our weekend BTTS tip. The visitors are the third highest scorers in the league and have scored in each of their last four matches on the road.
