After two consecutive defeats, Paul Heckingbottom might wish to shake things up. They failed to register a shot until the second half against Brighton and he will want to see more from an attacking sense. Aidy White missed the weekend’s match with injury and this may come too soon. Saidy Janko is also likely to be out. Ryan Kent’s creativity was missed on Saturday as he started on the bench, he may be recalled.
Jack Grealish is available again after a one match suspension, but whether RDM approves of his attitude enough to give him a place in the Aston Villa starting line-up is doubtful. Ross McCormack is carrying an injury and the big money signing might not be risked. Meanwhile, Aaron Tshibola will hope he’s done enough to merit a start.
