Plymouth vs Portsmouth Prediction and Bet Tips

Portsmouth's 3 nil victory against Rochdale suggests that perhaps Pompey have turned a corner. And I could see them breezing past the home side here. 17/10 with William Hill is a price I would take for them to beat an out of sorts Argyle. 

Pompey have only kept two clean sheets all season in the league, Plymouth do have players who can find the back of the net, Lewis Allesandra only seems to perform intermittently, but when he flickers on, it can often be impressive to watch. Reuben Reid has 3 goals to his name this season and Marvin Morgan must start recreating his Shrewsbury days at some point. Luke Young's sensational free kick against The Grecians suggests set pieces might be a danger if the away side give away too many fouls. 

With this in mind, I will go both teams to score at 4/6 with Bet365.

My final bet will be Jed Wallace to score anytime at 7/2 with William Hill. The 19 year old has 3 goals to his name this season and he scored a wonderful goal against York despite the side conceding 4. He seems to be gaining in confidence and I think Portsmouth will score a few goals and one of them will hopefully come from the boot (or head) of Jed Wallace.
