Arsenal v Chelsea Predictions
Arsenal are in great form at home at the moment. Of the last nine at the Emirates, they've won seven and drew twice, conceding just four goals in the process. Against Chelsea, though, their record isn't particularly impressive. They haven't beaten them in any of the last eight meetings between the two, in fact they've not even scored against them in over eight hours of football against Chelsea.
Many are saying this is a great opportunity for the Gunners to finally break that poor record. Chelsea's problems this season have been well documented and there probably isn't a better time to face them. However, since Guus Hiddink arrived at the club he's brought resilience and confidence to this Chelsea side, Diego Costa in particular reaping the rewards of a change of manager scoring five in five under Hiddink after scoring just four in 21 games before. Chelsea are on a good run themselves, unbeaten in the last six, though four of them have been draws. They've been better defensively away from home rather than at Stamford Bridge, there were clean sheets away at Manchester United and in the great win at Palace, but the last three at home saw them ship seven goals.
Arsenal v Chelsea team news – The good news for Arsenal fans is that Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez should be fit to make their returns from injury for this clash. New signing Mohamed Elneny could also make an appearance though Francis Coquelin is still missing. As for Chelsea, Costa should be fit to start and there could be a return for Eden Hazard.
With the return of the influential Ozil and Sanchez, coupled with a defence that's conceded five in two this is surely a home win right? Well, no. Away from home, Chelsea have generally done well since Hiddink arrived and I think they'll do well here. I doubt they'll have enough to win the game but I think a draw is on the cards for this one.
My first Arsenal v Chelsea betting tip is for the match to end a draw and the best odds are 13/5 at Bet365.

I think the Chelsea defence will cope well against the likes of Olivier Giroud, but it's the intricate play between the returning pair of Ozil and Sanchez that will cause problems. Chelsea's full backs too haven't impressed either so against the pace of Theo Walcott and Joel Campbell they could struggle. However, away from the Bridge they have done well defensively and I can't see the Gunners in free scoring mode in this one. For my Arsenal v Chelsea betting tips I think they'll score but I think Chelsea will cause problems of their own too, particularly if Costa is fit to start. Most of the 'big' games this season have been disappointing, there's not been many that have brought goals and I think this will be the same. There won't be many in this one.
My second Arsenal v Chelsea prediction is a correct score bet tip, I'm going for this to end 1-1, the best odds are with Bet Victor who are offering 13/2.

For my final betting tip on Arsenal v Chelsea, I'm going into the halftime/fulltime market. I'm betting that this will be a draw at half time and a draw at full time. You'll find the best odds of 19/4 with Bet Victor.
