Both teams to score 4-fold betting tips for this week’s Tuesday matches including the Champions League and Football League.
With a feast of games on this Tuesday night, we've cast our eyes over the fixture list and come up with a BTTS four fold at 7/1 with Sky Bet.
Both Teams to Score Betting Tips:
Wolfsburg v CSKA Moscow
The Champions League isn't generally the best place to find a decent selection for the BTTS coupon, however, both Wolfsburg and CSKA Moscow hold excellent statistics for this outcome. The German side finished last season in the Bundesliga with the highest ratio for BTTS matches and four of CSKA's six ties in the Champions League group stage last year finished with both teams finding the net. Considering the evenly matched group they both find themselves in, I can see this being an excellent candidate for our accumulator tip.
Birmingham v Nottingham Forest
Despite only being six matches into the season, The Championship has already seen a remarkably high percentage of BTTS results. Birmingham City have an impressive start to the campaign and are currently unbeaten so far in all their matches. The Blues also have a highly encouraging BTTS ratio of 100% at St Andrews and 80% overall. Although opponents Nottingham Forest have a slightly lower percentage at 67%, they do head into the match fresh off the back of three straight BTTS outcomes and were the second best team in the division for BTTS last season.
Reading v Derby
Reading got their season off to a pretty slow start in their first four matches but have shot to life all of a sudden. The Royals have been involved in a couple of terrifically entertaining wins of late, both of which have seen a BTTS outcome. Most recently they saw off Ipswich by a whopping 5 goals to 1, with Orlando Sa scoring an excellent hat-trick. Their opposition comes in the form of Derby County who finally picked up their first win of the season at the weekend. Paul Clement's men have been creating a hatful of chances every game but have been uncharacteristically wasteful in front of goal. However, with the exception of the 0-0 stalemate with Bolton on the first game of the season, their next five matches have all seen a BTTS outcome.
Leeds v Ipswich
Finally we head to what was the graveyard of the BTTS coupon last season; Elland Road. Under normal circumstances I don't tend to touch any Leeds game with a barge pole, but their statistics so far make this match too tempting to ignore. The Yorkshire side have an impressive 83% for matches that see a BTTS outcome already this year, with all three home games following suit. Opponents Ipswich were the deal-breaker for me on this final selection. The Tractor Boys average the highest amount of goals per game so far this season at a monstrous 3.83, and like Leeds, have an 83% ratio for BTTS matches as well. Based on the hard facts, this match should be a nailed-on BTTS, it's certainly the black sheep of our coupon this Tuesday, though!
