England ultimately proved nothing short of an absolute disaster in France this summer with all things fairly taken into account. The players looked totally void of ideas inside the final third whilst their manager seemed equally unimaginative tucked away on the side-lines with little to show for his efforts.
Euro 2016 has therefore turned out to be a tournament to forget for England, but in light of the recent loss to Iceland among the once promising knock-out phases for the Three Lions, talk of who should ultimately replace Roy Hodgson in the manager’s hot-seat has seemingly come to the forefront of our collective mind-set.
Although most England fans supposedly wouldn't mind seeing a foreign manager step in and do the business in the not too distant future…
Would you object to the next @England manager being foreign? https://t.co/IoyMovtO0x #SSNHQ pic.twitter.com/69XMvY6XlC

…there aren’t exactly an abundance of viable candidates out there if we’re all being honest with the increasingly desperate situation surrounding the Three Lions national team…
Let's pretend we have a say in who the next England manager will be. Quarter Final 8 (this one's for fun):

Some are seemingly touting some old favourites from the Premier League as possible options for the suits behind the scenes at the F.A. to consider…
I'm going to get ridiculed for this…. But Allardyce for next England manager.

Martin O'Neill for next England manager anyone?
— Ian Ridley (@IanRidley1) 22 June 2016
…with a few fresher and arguably less obvious names also being linked to the job in recent weeks…
Quique Sanchez Flores for next England manager? Done well in England, good record in cup competitions

Slaven Bilic putting himself in the window for the next England manager. Mad passion for football! Obv he won't leave project West Ham.

In the end though, it remains somewhat difficult to select the next ideal England manager in light everything that has recently taken place for the Three Lions at Euro 2016…
The press treatment of England Players and manager…the witch hunt of Sterling…no wonder we perfom so badly & no one wants the job.
— Rob Barr (@bobby_barr) 30 June 2016
…and even when trying to view the situation through rose-tinted glasses this summer, the future looks to be a rather bleak place for the Three Lions right about now when all is said and done…
Who should be the next England manager? The options don't look great…https://t.co/2cjCWmaVEi
