Despite Man United being, without doubt, the most boring, most uninspired team in the League, Norwich City still faced an uphill task to come away from Old Trafford with anything last weekend. Spurs will be a harder challenge than a demoralised United side, struggling to come to terms with Van Gaal's lethargic and ponderous style of play. Not many expected McLaren's team to outplay Pochettino's side, but they thoroughly deserved the win, and Spurs will have to be on their guard on Boxing Day, as after their win against United, Norwich also look like a team with a point to prove.

 

With both sides displaying inconsistency in their last two games, this match could be a trickier tie for Spurs than it appears on paper. However, Norwich have a pretty poor record away from home, with last weekend's victory at Old Trafford being their first since a League Cup victory over Rotherham, way back in August.

 

Furthermore, Alex Neil's men haven't been able to keep a clean sheet on the road all season, and have conceded at least two goals in five out of the eight games away from Carrow Road so far this campaign.

 

 

Who will win between Tottenham and Norwich this weekend? For my football tips for today I think that Tottenham are going to continue their winning ways against a Norwich side who, will be confident, but I feel will lack enough quality to cope with Pochetino's up-tempo style of play.
