After their last 16 win against Croatia came Poland, another tie which couldn’t be split even after extra time. I can see this being another cagey affair, one because neither team will play as expansive as they have done in the past, and also because of what is at stake – a European Championship Final. This would be Wales first ever International tournament final, and Portugal’s first since losing the 2004 Euros to Greece.

I can see both teams scoring for my correct score tip, as both teams have too much going forward to not have enough chances over 90 minutes, but I can’t see either team winning the match in normal time. All the signs point to a 1-1 draw for me, as Wales will definitely lose something going forward missing Aaron Ramsey, and Portugal struggling to find too much space behind a solid Wales defence.
