After dramatically coming up short for Slaven Bilic’s determined Hammers outfit in his last few outings in front of the Upton Park faithful, West Ham fans have certainly begun to have their say on the future of Enner Valencia and whether or not the Ecuadorian international should really be kept on for the new domestic season.
Although injuries have certainly plagued the out-of-form 26-year-old throughout the vast majority of his time among the English top-flight thus far – does Enner Valencia seemingly deserve another chance to impress with the Hammers in 2016/17, or must the boardroom staff behind the scenes at West Ham ultimately look to part ways with the 2014 World Cup goal-scorer as soon as physically possible?
Well, although the South American front-man certainly began his Upton Park career in somewhat impressive circumstances, most West Ham fans have nonetheless grown tired of Enner Valencia and his lack of cutting edge right in the here and now…
I can't believe Enner Valencia still gets game time. Would rather James Collins played out wide. Just useless.

…and although he seemingly isn’t the only one down at the Boleyn Ground to fail to assert themselves this season…
i think id rather Carlton Cole than Enner Valencia and Emenike combined

…the Ecuadorian incurred the frustration of his own supporters once again last weekend after failing to clear the ball and subsequently allowing Leicester City to break forward and claim a last minute penalty shout…
Dreadful reffing all round but the villain of the piece is Enner Valencia. Dreadful to give the ball away there. He's stealing a living.

Whilst some have nonetheless jumped to Valencia’s defence in light of the recent revelation…
People are being more harsh on Enner Valencia than Andy Carroll. The goal was more at fault from Andy Carroll
— Arthur Powell (@arthurpowell50) 17 April 2016
…it seems as if the 26-year-old striker hasn’t done enough to warrant his once undisputed place within the Hammers starting XI when all is said and done…
To be fair, it was 10 v 10 when Enner Valencia came on wasn't it #WHUFC #WHU

The West Ham United board have also been criticised of late for bringing such an admittedly risky player to the Premier League in the first place…
Enner Valencia again has proven hes West Ham worst player by far what a waste of money
— YehpTruth (@YehpTruth) 3 April 2016
…but on the back of a string of undoubtedly poor performances for the Hammers in 2015/16…
Can't cope with how poor enner valencia is ?
— Dem (@demi_patt) 13 April 2016
…perhaps Enner Valencia arguably deserves all the subsequent stick to come his way in recent weeks…
Only a hattrick in 3 consecutive games would change my opinions of Valencia #EnnerOut

So then, although the fiery South American will seemingly always go down in Hammers history for scoring this absolute screamer against Hull City last season…
…it does in-fact seem as if Valencia has sadly come to the end of the road at West Ham after simply failing to prove his worth over the course of the current domestic campaign.
