After eventually seeing off Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool last time out at Upton Park, successfully marking West Ham’s third impressive victory over the Reds this season, Slaven Bilic and his determined Hammers outfit have seemingly been left full of confidence with thoughts of further F.A. Cup triumph on the agenda.
Paul Lambert’s Blackburn Rovers nonetheless stand between the Upton Park faithful and safe passage to the next round of the competition, but although no F.A. Cup tie can really go down as an easy one in the cold light of day, many West Ham fans expect their side to continue their strong form at Ewood Park later on this month.
So then, as Slaven Bilic’s current outfit don’t really need to concern themselves with the once imposing threat of relegation down at the Boleyn Ground in 2015/16, can West Ham really go all the way in the F.A. Cup this season?
Well, as Bilic has already expressed his preference of winning the F.A. Cup over witnessing his side qualify for the Champions League this season, certain football fans are quite understandably upbeat over the his team's chances…
I may sound deluded, but West Ham have a genuine chance of going all the way in the FA Cup this year. More unlikely things have happened…

…and as the Hammers haven’t exactly thrived among the F.A. Cup in the past, maybe this is the season things finally begin to change for the East-End club…

The prospect of playing Blackburn Rovers away from home will admittedly arrive with its own set of problems however…
West Ham playing Blackburn away, tough one.

…but nothing West Ham aren’t capable of dealing with when all is said and done…
Good for West Ham that Rhodes has left Blackburn if we win the replay against Liverpool.

Some non-supporting Hammers fans nonetheless remain deeply opposed to the concept of Slaven Bilic bringing the F.A. Cup home to Upton Park this season…
Anyone who thinks west ham will win the FA cup need to catch the first plane to north Korea home of delusional thinking

…and it seems some fans have also taken a rather bitter approach to West Ham’s overall chances of success in the competition…
Along with their World Cup win back in '66, last seasons FA Cup 3rd round win, tonight is one of West Ham's greatest ever achievements.

In the end though, nothing can admittedly be taken for granted when it comes to matters of the F.A. Cup, but if all the Hammers fans out there are in as positive spirits as these guys…perhaps further cup glory awaits Slaven Bilic’s side in the not too distant future…
