Hull City to beat Ipswich Town @ EVS

The Tigers have already brushed aside Bolton, Milwall, and Brighton on home turf this season averaging over two goals per game. The tractor boys on the other hand have only clocked one win on their travels this year (1-0 at Watford in August), only scored three goals on the road, and concede on average two goals a game. Hull should have enough to win this game, and if you’re feeling brave the 13/5 Paddy Power are offering on Hull -1 also looks tasty.

Tranmere Rovers to beat Bournemouth @ 85/40

It is safe to say that Ronnie Moore’s men are flying at the moment, they did give many a punter a scare last weekend by leaving it late to take all three points against a spirited Yeovil outfit. So far this season on the road Rovers have battered Scunthorpe, Crawley Town, and Carlisle, they have also beaten many a punters pre-season league winners choice Notts County. Rovers are averaging more than two goals a game on the road and have only conceded four in their first six outings. Bournemouth on the other hand have just one home win to their names all season (last weekend against Leyton Orient). They are anything but potent in front of goal, and for me Tranmere’s march will continue this weekend.

Port Vale to beat Wycombe Wanderers @ 4/5

Vale are sitting pretty in 2nd place in league two at the moment and are have scored more goals at home this year than Wanderers have scored all season. Their only loss at Vale Park was against table toppers Gillingham, and will have more than enough to see off Wycombe this weekend. Wanderers have lost four of their six on the road in the league this year and have only managed to net on seven occasions.

Gillingham to beat Burton Albion @ 4/6

The ‘Mighty Gills’ are quickly becoming most punters bankers on the coupon every week, and who can blame us, they are top of the league, have scored in every league game this season except one (0-0 draw away at Oxford United), Gillingham have only lost one game all season, and have a +17 goal difference. Burton Albion on the other hand haven’t had a poor start by any stretch of the imagination, but are better at home than away from it, on the road so far this season Burton have won two, drawn two, and lost two, but have only scored three goals on their travels this campaign. The mighty Gillingham will surely have too much fire power for Burton.
