Saturday’s Betting Tips for a Both Teams to Score and Win Treble at 26/1

Football tips for a both teams to score and win accumulator tip this weekend including reasons for each selection and the best bookies to use for our BTTS win tip.

This Saturday’s score and win treble features a trio of fixtures from the 3pm kick offs in England and Spain and comes in at a best price of 26/1 with Betfred. As always, it’s certainly worth backing the doubles. We only fell a goal short last weekend, but that would have still been enough to return a healthy profit for anyone willing to hedge their bets.

BTTS and Win Tips 14th January

Swansea v Arsenal – Arsenal to win BTTS

Our opening selection for this weekend football tip is a Premier League affair as Arsenal travel to the Liberty Stadium to take on Swansea. The Swans picked up a much needed three points away to Crystal Palace a fortnight ago and this was enough to keep them within touching distance of the fellow strugglers outside the relegation zone. Whichever way you look at it, though, this season has been pretty disastrous for the Welsh outfit and they look a shadow of the side from a couple of years ago. There’s no doubt the perpetual changes hierarchy have not helped, but the sale of captain Ashley Williams to Everton has been a huge loss and that is certainly reflected in the fact Swansea currently have the worst defensive record in the whole Premier League. Opponents, Arsenal are not in the finest of form themselves and dropped points from three successive away matches has seen Arsene Wenger’s men slip to 5th in the table. However, two of these fixtures were at The Etihad and Goodison Park and The Gunners should have more than enough firepower to get past Swansea this weekend. From a BTTS standpoint, though, Arsenal’s last six away games in a row have seen both teams find the net, and if you take Swansea’s awful defensive record into account as well, this match seems an excellent place to get this weekend’s bet rolling.

Plymouth v Stevenage – Plymouth to win BTTS

The second choice on this BTTS win bet for Saturday takes us to League Two in the EFL as Plymouth face off against Stevenage at Home Park. The hosts will be full of confidence after their terrific performance away to Liverpool in the FA Cup, but normal service will be resumed this Saturday as they look to keep pace with Doncaster at the top of the League Two table. For those that remember, Argyle did have a dodgy spell at the end of November, but have largely been good value for their current position in what has to be said, is a very competitive division this year. The visitors this weekend are Stevenage and they have had an inconsistent season to date, but have been particularly reliable in the BTTS market this year and currently boast the third highest strike-rate in the league for both teams finding the net. This has largely been due to the fact Boro currently sit in the top five teams for goals scored and the bottom five for goals conceded, and with this in mind, they should be good for a goal or two here. Although the hosts may have an FA Cup come-down of sorts, I still fancy them to have too much for Stevenage and I wouldn’t be too surprised if we see a repeat of the 1-2 scoreline from the corresponding fixture earlier in the season.

Barcelona v Las Palmas – Barcelona to win BTTS

The anchor leg takes us to La Liga for the 3:15pm kick off between Barcelona and Las Palmas. This might well be priced rather short but the hosts have been leaking plenty of goals of late, and whilst I expect them to win this match at a canter, I can see it being via a BTTS outcome. Luis Enrique’s side have only kept three clean sheets in their last nine league games and also played out back to back BTTS results against Athletic Bilbao in the Copa Del Rey over the last fortnight as well. Opponents, Las Palmas aren’t in great form at present and I don’t sense any kind of an upset here. The visitors are certainly punching above their weight in 8th position at the moment, but this has been due to their decent home record and not their appalling run on the road that has seen them take only five points all season long. Nevertheless, Las Palmas do have a highly encouraging strike-rate of 75% for BTTS results away from home this season and also played out two BTTS defeats to Barcelona in the previous campaign. With all that being said, stick this fixture down as the last on the coupon.
