Loris Karius has certainly endured a rather eventful stint between the Liverpool sticks in recent weeks. The 23-year-old German goalkeeper could have arguably served his team a little better last time out against West Ham United, after famously failing to cover himself in all that much glory when the Reds came up against AFC Bournemouth earlier on this month.
The former Mainz 05 shot-stopper was supposedly brought in to appease the growing concerns surrounding Simon Mignolet – but after a string of recent clangers in front of the Anfield faithful – it remains to be seen whether or not Karius can truly hold down that number one spot as his own.
Some Premier League onlookers are starting to lose hope in the 23-year-old keeper…
You don't need a masters in football to understand that Karius is an absolutely terrible keeper Herr Klopp ?

…a sentiment that has subsequently been echoed among many quarters of the English footballing community…
Carragher: "My advice to Karius would be to shut up and do your job."

…even if the man in question seemingly needs no reminding of his recent mishaps…
All this criticism of Karius is getting out of hand now. He doesn't need people telling him he's making mistakes.

Some of the recent criticism has gotten a little out of hand, admittedly…
Can't quite believe the witch hunt of Karius. Errors yes, but I can't think of a single keeper whose come into the EPL & thrived immediately

Perhaps there is a bigger problem ultimately going on behind the scenes at Liverpool…
-Reina’s form drops off
-Brad Jones dives the wrong way
-Mignolet concedes every shot
-Karius isn’t greatNo one mentions the GK coach?

…yet whilst things do seem to be going from bad to worse for the current Reds keeper…
Karius couldn't save a Word document.

…maybe it’s time for Liverpool to show a little faith in their new main man between the sticks!
