Both teams to score and match result betting tips for this weekend’s matches on Saturday 30th April 2016 with some big odds on offer.
Saturday’s Score and Win Tip Selections:
- Real Madrid to win and BTTS
- Newcastle to win and BTTS
- Exeter to win and BTTS
Reasons for this Weekend Betting Tip:
Real Sociedad v Real Madrid – BTTS & Away Win
With just a single point separating Real Madrid from Atletico Madrid and Barcelona, the Galacticos need to keep winning and hope that both their title rivals drop points in one of their three remaining games. Zidane’s side have clawed back a huge deficit on La Liga leaders Barcelona and are currently on a nine-match winning streak in the Spanish top flight.
Sociedad may well be hovering in mid-table with very little to play for, but they did Madrid a huge favour a few weeks back as they toppled Barcelona by a goal to nil. Furthermore, looking at Madrid’s BTTS record away from home, and their gung-ho attitude of late, it’s a pretty good bet that both Sociedad and Madrid will find the net in this match at the weekend. Madrid have both scored and conceded in their last nine consecutive matches in La Liga away from the Bernabeu. BTTS and a Real Madrid win is my first football betting tip tip for Saturday’s score win prediction.
Newcastle v Crystal Palace – BTTS & Home Win
Rafael Benitez has breathed new life into a Newcastle side who looked dead and buried just a few weeks back. The Toon are unbeaten in three, beating Norwich 3-0 before producing two hugely gritty performances against Champions League Semi-finalists Man City, and Jurgen Klopp’s much-improved Liverpool team, nabbing hard-earned draws in both.
Crystal Palace made it into the FA Cup final by beating Watford last Sunday, and with little left for them to play for in the Premier League, I can see them taking their eye off the ball slightly, leaving the door ajar for Newcastle to grab a hugely needed three-points.
However, with places up for grabs in the FA Cup final team, I’m pretty sure Palace will be looking to impress individually, and given Newcastle’s poor defensive record, I’m confident that Palace will find the net too. BTTS and a Newcastle win is my second weekend football tip for Saturday’s score and win treble.
Exeter v Morecambe – BTTS & Home Win
Despite conceding a staggering 89 goals in 44 games, Morecambe are finally safe from the threat of relegation, and can now focus on improving their defensive record. However, I severely doubt they’ll find any improvement on Saturday. The Shrimps have conceded 11 goals in their last two League Two matches, including a hugely embarrassing 7-0 defeat to Cambridge United. They did manage to find the net in their last match against Stevenage, albeit in a 4-1 home drubbing.
Exeter are slap-bang in the middle of League Two, and don’t have much left to play for in their last two games of the season. However, given Morecambe’s ridiculously poor defensive record, the Exeter strikers are probably relishing the opportunity to up their goal-ratios. Exeter’s last two have produced BTTS winners, and nine of the Grecians’ last ten at St James’ Park have finished with both teams scoring. My final tip for Saturday’s Score Win Treble is for Exeter to grab the points and both teams to score.
