The Toffees have hit a decent run of form in the last few matches and are currently unbeaten in their last five games in a row in all competitions. Although, they will be slightly aggrieved at the manner in which they let a two goal lead against Bournemouth last weekend, the 2-0 away win at Middlesbrough in the League Cup quarter-finals this week was far more comfortable than it looked on paper.
Perhaps the most encouraging aspect for Roberto Martinez, though, has to be his side's purple patch in front of goal. Everton have now scored sixteen goals in their last five matches, with star striker Romelu Lukaku notching six times during this period.
Opponents Crystal Palace's form is indifferent of late, but with an abundance of pace in attack, they still remain a dangerous opposition away from home and currently sit two places above their hosts in the Premier League table.
Last time out, Alan Pardew's men saw off a poor Newcastle side 5-1 at Selhurst Park. Granted the match is as easy as they come at the moment, Palace showed great resilience once again to come from behind and take all three points. This was something that became synonymous under Pardew last season along with an excellent away record.

This is quite a difficult match to call as Everton are certainly the form team at the moment, but Palace's penchant for points on the road certainly makes them an unpredictable team to bet against.
