Twitter reacts as Chelsea thrash Manchester United at Stamford Bridge…

Let’s face it, whilst much was expected of Jose Mourinho’s highly anticipated Stamford Bridge homecoming this weekend, the current Manchester United boss simply endured a troubling 90 minutes to forget as Antonio Conte’s Chelsea ran rampant over an out of sorts Red Devils outfit.

 

4-0 was the final score in the end – yet if the Blues had nonetheless failed to squander a whole host of equally promising chances throughout Sunday’s widely watched encounter between the two Premier League giants – Manchester United really could have been on the end of an even bigger hiding if Chelsea had been just a little more punishing in front of goal.
