The sole Capital One Cup tie tonight sees Swansea welcome high flying Championship outfit Middlesbrough to the Liberty Stadium with both clubs in search of a semi-final spot.

With Arsenal eliminated last night and Aston Villa getting the better of Norwich, this competition has been blown wide open and both these sides will fancy a Wembley appearance if they can get through this one.
