Last season Shinji Kagawa ran the show as United ran out 2-1 winners. The midfielder should replace Danny Welbeck from the team that defeated Wigan on Sunday, as David Moyes will surely take a more conservative approach. Kagawa blows hot and cold and is often substituted, but is worth backing as he is the sort of creative player that decides these tight matches.

Wayne Rooney would definitely be among my tips if he was in line to start, but it looks as if he will be benched. This means United will be looking for their star man Van Persie to come up with the goods and he should be covered at 6/1.

From a Swansea perspective the spotlight will be on new signing Bony and he already looks like he could have the same impact that Michu did last season. At 8/1 he looks decent value if you fancy Swansea to get something from the game.

If you want a bit more value then Jose Canas could be a good selection at 25/1, although there are no guarantees he will start ahead of Leon Britton. The Spaniard looks a great signing and could impress in the centre of midfield.

Patrice Evra also cannot be disregarded at 25/1 as the left back has the ability to bag and always looks to have an impact on matches.
