Accumulator Betting Tip
Derby to beat Barnsley 19/20:
Derby’s incredible seven game winning streak came to an end on Boxing Day but now firmly in the promotion hunt they will want to get back to winning ways as they head to Yorkshire to face a struggling Barnsley. Derby are unbeaten in their last eight but did only manage a point on the road a few days ago. They have lost just one of their last six away from home and will want to build on their good away form here. Like Derby, Barnsley dispensed of their manager this season but it hasn’t really helped as they are rock bottom, four points from safety. Barnsley have won just one of their last ten and are without a win in five at Oakwell. Derby will be desperate to return to winning ways here and I fancy them to do so.
Ipswich to beat Bournemouth 7/4:
Another away win here from the Championship as another in-form side Ipswich travel to the South Coast. Ipswich are unbeaten in their last six, with four victories in that time. They are unbeaten in seven on the road and have won three of their last four on the road. They take on a Bournemouth side who have won just one of their last five at home and should be overpowered by an Ipswich side on the fringes of the Play-Offs.
Colchester to beat Crewe 23/20:
Our League One selection sees mid-table Colchester take on rock bottom Crewe. Colchester have won their last two matches and have only lost two of their last six. They have won three of their last five at home and will want to do similar against struggling Crewe. Crewe have just one win in their last ten matches and haven’t won in their last five away, losing four of those. Colchester are a decent enough side at this level and Crewe really are struggling so it should be a solid home win here.
Cheltenham to beat Mansfield 10/11:
The final two selections come from League 2 and we start with a Cheltenham side just four points outside the Play-Offs who take on a Mansfield side just outside the drop zone. Cheltenham are unbeaten in their last eleven matches and have won three of their last four. Too many draws has been an issue though, even though they are unbeaten in six at home, they have won just two. They take on a Mansfield side though without a win in thirteen and who have lost eight of their last nine. Away from home Mansfield have also lost four of their last five matches and should suffer again as they travel to Cheltenham.
Chesterfield to beat Dagenham 8/11:
Finally, we go to the league leaders. Chesterfield have been very consistent this season, losing just one of their last ten. They are unbeaten in six at home and have won two of their last three. Dagenham look set to hover about mid-table and are currently 13th. This is down to three successive defeats and just one win in six. They have struggled on the road especially and have lost four of their last five. Chesterfield should stay at the summit for New Year with a good win against Dagenham.
