One clanger too many from West Ham’s first choice shot-stopper?

Life between the sticks can often prove something of a topsy-turvy affair for most top-flight Premier League goalies, especially when a series of poor goal-keeping errors suddenly serve to transform your once favourable reputation into something far more precarious.

 

Adrian San Miguel del Castillo – West Ham’s current first-choice keeper in the modern era – has subsequently endured something of a torrid time in front of the Hammers faithful of late, resulting most recently in a truly calamitous performance last time out against Mark Hughes’ Stoke City.

 

 

Some West Ham fans now believe that Adrian should be dropped in favour of ex-Birmingham City shot-stopper, Darren Randolph…

…surely it’s time for Bilic to show some faith in Darren Randolph, just to see what the 29-year-old Irish international is capable of among the Premier League!
