The beginning of the season brought great expectations down at the City Ground after the takeover of the club by rich Kuwaiti family the Al Hasawi’s following the sad death of former owner Nigel Doughty. It would be fair to say that it’s been a mixed bag of results so far this season, this is probably down to the fact that so many new players have come in this season including a brand new back 4. Having said that, a lot of quality has come in this season in players such as, Billy Sharp, Simon Cox, Henry Lansbury and Jermane Jenas on loan. With such investment and rumour that promotion is expected this season the pressure is on Sean O’Driscoll to start delivering, especially at home.

Neil Warnock has so far lived up to his excellent reputation in the Championship with limited funding given their on/off take over and find themselves in a very respectable 8^th. In their last 6 games they have won 5 out of 6 home and away. They are unbeaten in their last 2 visits to the City Ground and must fancy their chances given Forest’s indifferent form in their last 6 games home and away (W2 D1 L3). Leeds recent good run has mainly been at home and their last 6 away games has seen them W1 D2 L3 where as Forest at home in their last 6 are W3 D1 L2.
