However, it is Monaco's defensive record that has been the bedrock of their impressive campaign thus far. Leandro Jardim's men only leaked one goal throughout the entire group stage of the Champions League and haven't conceded more than one goal in a game in their last 18 league matches.
Based on the previous encounter and Monaco's fine defensive record, one would expect this to be a fairly low scoring affair for this week’s football betting tips on the Champions League. Juventus will be perfectly happy to sit back and let their hosts try to break them down whilst looking for opportunities on the break. This is where I feel the game will be won. I'm still unconvinced by Monaco as an attacking threat, and judging by the manner in which Juve ruthlessly picked off Dortmund in the previous round, I can see them doing the same to Monaco.
