This is also Liverpool’s last home game of the season, and with a week still to go to the Europa League final, I expect Klopp to name a very strong line up, and play the fringe players against West Brom on Sunday.

Chelsea have the opposite form to Liverpool, they’ve lost three of their last five games, most recently to relegation threatened Sunderland. Although understandable to lose, the level of performance was questionable considering last Monday their second half performance to stop Spurs’ title challenge was very impressive. Again, they have nothing to play for, but no reason to drop any key players as the league is all they have left, Chelsea would love to beat Liverpool at Anfield as well.

Even though it’s Liverpool’s last home game of the season, I can see some nerves being shown by both the fans and the players due to the importance of next Wednesday’s match with Sevilla. 50/50 tackles may be lost as no player will want to risk injury so close to the final. With Chelsea having no real desire left this season they’ll more than likely go through the motions, but they do have players who can show flashes of brilliance at any time so are always a danger.
