The Toffees are unbeaten at home this season in all competitions and it’s no surprise to see David Moyes men sitting pretty in 5th place in the Premiership this season. Their attractive attacking style of play and their never say die attitude has seen them pick up valuable points this season in their quest for the promise land that is the Champions League. The only slight concern for David Moyes is their inability to keep a clean sheet, in fact you have to go back 15 games to find the last one that came in the away win at Swansea with a 3-0 win.

Rafa Benitez came in for a lot of stick when he first came in to replace Di Matteo but slowly but surely he is making his mark and starting to win back the doubting fans. Not only are they looking stronger at the back, they are scoring goals and this is a recipe of success. Confidence must be high after their 8-0 hammering of Aston Villa along with the 1-0 away win at in form Norwich and with Rafa’s influence on Fernando Torres Chelsea are looking strong once again.

Everton have a good record at home to Chelsea in their last 6 meetings W3 D1 L1 and with their excellent home form this season I don’t see them losing. However Chelsea are looking strong so this is going to be an interesting game. One thing for sure is that there WILL be goals, Everton have not kept a clean sheet at home since the opening game of the season and Chelsea have scored in every away game this season.
