I do think Spain will top the group though as they will just have that bit of extra quality over the others. Croatia will run them close and I think it will go down to the winner of the head to head games here to decide who takes the top spot in Group D. I am tempted to throw a personal straight forecast on here with Spain winning the group and Croatia finishing second at 11/4 with Paddy Power. Croatia have a great midfield and that could be enough to see them chase Spain home in second place ahead of Czech Republic and Turkey.

 

Finally, I have mentioned I don’t believe they will win the tournament. I think the final is just out of their reach this time around and they are likely to fall at some point past the last eight.
