For teams like Dynamo Kiev, they are heavily reliant on the intimidating atmosphere their raucous crowd can create in order to push their team on for the win. In the group stage they managed draws at home to Porto and Chelsea and then beat Maccabi Tel Aviv to ensure their place in the last 16.

 

Manchester City on the other hand are better on the road in the Champions League than at home. Wins away at Sevilla and Borussia Monchengladbach were very impressive, only losing to Juventus in which was effectively a dead rubber.
