Chelsea come into this game of the back of three 1-0 victories and are on the hunt for their twelfth win in a row in the Premier League. I don’t think anyone will argue with the fact that if Eddie Howe does stay at Vitality Stadium then they will be an established Premier League team within a few years. They do blow hot and cold though as shown in their last four league games. They gained memorable wins over Leicester and Liverpool at home but were poor against Burnley and Southampton and it will be interesting to see what Bournemouth side turn up on Stamford Bridge on Boxing Day. They will be boosted with the fact that both N’Golo Kante and Diego Costa are out of the match with suspension and they will both be a huge miss for Antonio Conte’s men.

I think it’s hard to look past Chelsea for this match considering how Bournemouth will play. We all know that they like to play attractive football and I think this will play straight into Conte’s hands and that should mean that we see lots of goals. Antonio Conte said in his press conference on Thursday that everyone bar John Terry was fit for the game on Monday however as mentioned previously both Diego Costa and N’Golo Kante will be missing through suspension and it will give the likes of Michy Batshuayi and Cesc Fabregas the chance to impress their manager. Bournemouth have doubts over Andrew Surman and Junior Stanislas but Jack Wilshere will almost definitely be in the starting eleven after impressing in the defeat against Southampton.
