Liverpool finished 8th which was well below their expectations last season but having exciting and effervescent manager Jurgen Klopp coming in halfway through the season, taking over from Brendan Rogers meant the season could be seen as a write off due to two different bosses only having half a season each but the Reds fortunes dramatically improved under the German, reaching the League Cup and Europa League Final, losing both but now with an entire summer to restructure the team to his style and to remove and bring in the playing staff of his choice Klopp looks to have built a well-oiled, high pressing attacking machine who are ready to go one better and win a trophy as well as challenge for the ever increasingly stacked top-4, the additions of Klavan and Matip are quality signings from the Bundesliga aswell as Premier League attacking talent Mane and Wijnaldum, their squad overall looks much stronger and a win in this game is what I predict.
