Both Teams to Score Betting Tips 30/10/16
Everton vs West Ham
Our opening selection for this weekend’s football tip is a 1:30pm Premier League affair between Everton and West Ham at Goodison Park. The Toffees have stuttered a little of late after only taking two points from their last four matches, but remain just outside the Champions League places thanks to their excellent early start to the season. From a BTTS perspective, though, Ronald Koeman’s side have recorded four BTTS results from their last five matches and have scored in every home game so far this campaign. West Ham have recovered from a shocking spell at the beginning of the season and are now three games unbeaten in the Premier League and also through to the quarter finals of the League Cup. Although they have picked up back to back 1-0 wins in the last two games which is hardly encouraging, The Hammers have managed to find the net in every away match so far this campaign and also played out a highly entertaining 2-3 victory in the corresponding meeting with Everton last year. This looks a decent fixture to get the ball rolling.
Utrecht vs NEC Nijmegen
The second choice takes us to the Dutch Eredivisie as Utrecht host Nijmegen at the same time of 1:30pm. The hosts aren’t exactly pulling up trees down in 8th place but have managed to steady the ship following a disappointing start to the 2016/17 season. Utrecht have generally been a reliable source in the BTTS market, though, and currently boast a 70% strike-rate for both teams scoring so far this campaign. Visitors, NEC haven’t quite hit those heights and hold a modest ratio of 50% for BTTS at present. However, their last two games have been against two of the tougher sides in Holland – Feyenoord and Vitesse – and both of these have resulted in a BTTS outcome. If you also take into consideration that the last meeting in Utrecht finished 3-1 to the home side, I think there is enough to suggest this match is worth taking a punt on.
Sampdoria vs Inter Milan
Our penultimate selection for the both teams to score tip takes us to Serie A as Sampdoria host Inter at 7:45pm. Blucerchiati haven’t had the most encouraging first quarter of the season and they currently find themselves positioned perilously above the relegation zone. However, similarly to last year, Sampdoria do look a safe pair of hands in the BTTS market at present and have now recorded those outcomes in their last five straight matches. Opponents, Inter Milan have got to be one of the most unpredictable teams in Europe at the moment and I dread to think how many win/draw/win accumulators they might have crushed over the course of this season. Nevertheless, one area they do hold some value at present is the BTTS market where they currently sit at the top of the Serie A charts with a superb ratio of 80%. Based on these statistics and the fact both matches between the two sides last year saw BTTS outcomes, stick this one down as the next on the coupon.
Las Palmas vs Celta Vigo
Our final leg on our both teams to score football tip this Sunday takes us to La Liga as Las Palmas host Celta Vigo at 19:45pm. Similarly to Inter above, Las Palmas also lead the way at the top of the BTTS charts in Spain after registering a 78% record for both teams making it onto the scoresheet so far this season. Whilst the hosts are unlikely to be in and around the European places at the end of the year, they are generally good for a goal or two in most games and have already managed to score against the likes of Villarreal, Sevilla and Real Madrid over the course of the last couple of months. Celta will be looking to improve to their last away day showing where they were completely thrashed by Villarreal 5-0. However, the visitors did recently beat Barcelona 4-3 and also put four past the notoriously defensive Deportivo last weekend as well. The last six straight meetings between these two sides have resulted in both teams finding the net. Back this game to be lucky number seven.
