Both Teams to Score and Win Tips

Aston Villa v Everton – Everton to win BTTS

Our first port of call is the Premier League and Aston Villa's home tie with Everton. There isn't really much we can say about Villa that you don't already know, Remi Garde's men are absolutely doomed to relegation, and let's face it, have been for some time now. Although Villa did produce a mini-revival of sorts as they entered into 2016 – with eight points from five games. They then went and lost 6-0 to a far from prolific Liverpool side a fortnight ago, before slumping to yet another away defeat over the weekend against Stoke City. Opponents Everton are underachieving somewhat in terms of their league placing, but still remain a very difficult side to beat on their travels. The Toffees have taken a highly impressive 19 points from twelve away games so far this season and have only tasted defeat on one occasion – a 2-1 loss to Arsenal at The Emirates. Although the BTTS side of this bet looks a little risky, there is more than enough evidence to suggest Everton winning this match comfortably. Therefore, stick this one down as the first tick on the BTTS and win tip.

The odds for Everton to beat Aston Villa and BTTS are 3/1 with William Hill.

Norwich v Chelsea – Chelsea to win BTTS

We're keeping in the Premier League once again for our second both teams to score and win selection as a resurgent Chelsea side travel to Carrow Road to take on Norwich. The hosts are in an absolutely shocking run of form at present following six defeats in their last seven matches. Although they performed admirably at the weekend in a 1-0 loss away to Leicester, that will be of scant consolation for Alex Neil as his side slip closer towards the relegation trapdoor. Chelsea make the short trip to East Anglia in fine fettle since the appointment of Gus Hiddink. The Dutchman has now taken his team eleven games unbeaten in the league, and last season's champions are now top of the bottom in 11th place. Although, the Champions League places look done and dusted, there is every chance that The Blues could finish in the top six. Whilst this might not be much for Roman Abramovic to cheer about, it's a damn sight better than flirting with the bottom three like they have been for most of this campaign. Based on the sides' recent form, this looks like a banker away win. Norwich have conceded 19 goals in their last seven matches, and Chelsea have scored 14 in theirs, so there could certainly be a few goals on the cards. Combine this with the fact the visitors have the second best ratio in the league for BTTS results, and I think we have our next contender for Tuesday's treble.

The odds for Chelsea to beat Norwich and BTTS are 5/2 with William Hill.

Bradford v Colchester – Bradford to win BTTS

Our final choice for this week’s football tip comes to us from League One as in-form Bradford take on the Football League's leakiest defence in Colchester United. The Bantams are a very streaky side in terms of results and a poor run around the festive period saw them sink into mid-table. However, form has picked up over the last six matches and City have now taken 13 points from 18 available and this improvement has rewarded them with seventh place in the table. Although forcing their way into the automatic promotion places might be a step too far, Bradford are now one of the current favourites to secure a playoff position come the end of the campaign. Opponents Colchester head up north as the league's whipping boys and are an absolute shoe-in for relegation this year. The U's do actually have a respectable goal tally so far this season, but it's their utterly shambolic defence that has been their downfall. Colchester have shipped a quite ridiculous 78 goals already this term, not only is this the worst record in the football league, it's a whole 20 more goals than 19th placed Crewe Alexandra. If this wasn't enough to sway your vote this Tuesday, though, just take a look at the visitor's away record as well – where they have taken one point from their last eleven matches on the road. Based on these facts, you would have to be an absolute madman to back any other result. However, remarkable as it may sound, Colchester actually have the second highest ratio for BTTS outcomes in League One, so put this one down as the anchor leg this Tuesday.

The odds for Bradford to win and BTTS against Colchester are 5/2 at William Hill.
