Belgium when at full strength are many punters’ dark horses for the competition. The emergence this season of Yannick Ferreira Carrasco as well as the obvious world class players such as Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard, means Belgium have players not even at their prime age who are already performing on the biggest of stages. They have a solid defence and if Romelu Lukaku can hit good form for the tournament then they would be a very hard team to beat.

My first betting tip for Belgium v Norway is going to be Belgium -1 handicap. They’re a rather short 4/9 to win the game outright so I wanted to check out the handicap markets. I can see them scoring at least a couple of goals maybe even more, and I’m not sure if Norway’s attack is good enough to break down the solidity of Belgium’s defence. I also expect as close to full strength as they can manage at this stage as well, and with Paddy Power offering 13/10 for the -1 handicap, I believe these are worthy odds.

My next betting tip for this match is going to be the Halftime/Fulltime result of Belgium/Belgium. I can see Belgium scoring early and dominating the game for the majority of the game, it’s a chance for the attacking players to gain some confidence going to France by trying to score some goals against Norway. My final Belgium vs Norway prediction is going to be Eden Hazard to score first. Towards the end of the season he hit the form we all know he can play at, scoring two sensational goals, one against Spurs and the other at Liverpool. He is one of Belgium’s most influential players and you feel if he has a good tournament, inevitably so will Belgium. He is 11/2 with Coral to score first.
