Leicester vs Everton

Newly promoted Leicester will be looking to home form to keep them up in this season. Everton’s style of play could suit a physical Leicester side and between forwards Vardy, Nugent and Ulloa they have a goal in them. They didn’t have such a good result in the cup as they bowed out to Oxford United, but again the score line was 2-1 so they seem to be conceding and scoring in equal measures. Colchester are a mixed bag but tend to have a goal in them often scoring early on as this was the case last week against Oldham. It was 1-1 inside 18 minutes and I’m predicting a repeat of that in this fixture.

Peterborough vs MK Dons

Peterborough managed to win a tough tie away to newly promoted Rochdale last week with a late goal but it was their home form last season that provided some cracking results such as a couple of 4-2’s, 4-1 and 4-3. MK Dons were both teams to score masters last season and they have carried on that form this season. Last Saturday they came from 2-0 down to beat Gillingham 4-2. They were also involved in a 3-1 win against rivals Afc Wimbledon in the cup midweek.
