Verona to beat Cagliari 

I'm not quite sure why this is available at odds against, but i'm certainly happy to see it so. Verona have enjoyed a storming start on their return to Serie A, especially at home where they have played 5, won 5, including a victory against Ac Milan. They are averaging 2 goals a game overall and pose a real attacking threat, via the rejuventated Luca Toni and Brazilian Jorginho. Cagliari have failed to win away from home thus far, picking up  2 points from 5 games on their travels. They have failed to keep a clean sheet all season, and have lost 3 of their last 4 overall.
 
Lazio to beat Genoa

Lazio are again proving strong at the Stadio Olympico this season, winning 4 of their 5 games, scoring 10 and conceding just 2, they also gained a creditable draw at Milan in midweek. Furthermore they are boosted by the return of their talismanic striker, Miroslav Klose. Genoa have just 4 points from 5 away games, though to be fair they have faced tough trips to Inter, Juventus and Udinese. I just fancy Lazio may prove too strong for them come  Sunday
 
Augsburg v Mainz Over 2.5 goals

My final selection comes from the Bundesliga, and not surprisingly given the league, it's an over 2.5 goals bet. This game just screams goals. Augsburg have played 5 at home this season, each seeing 3 goals or more, scoring 7 and conceding 10. Mainz have played 4 away games and each of those had 3 or more goals also, scoring 5 and conceding 12. Two of the poorest defences in one of the most goal laden divisions in Europe must mean goals.
