Chris Coleman’s men have been struggling for goals as of late, having not scored from open play since their last victory against Scotland way back in March. Pressure is mounting on Coleman after a 3-0 drubbing last time out at the hands of Serbia, and talks are still on-going on his future as the Wales boss.

Macedonia head in to the clash after suffering a home 2-1 home defeat to Scotland last time out. The visitors are also notoriously bad travellers, having not won away from home since August 2011.

In their only previous meeting last month, Macedonia came out on top with closely fought 2-1 victory in Skopje. Goals from Ivan Tričkovski and Aleksander Trajkovski either side of an Aaron Ramsey penalty were enough to see the hosts home.
