This weekend’s football treble tip takes in two matches from the Championship and a League One clash to give us a treble tip at odds of 4/1 with Betfred.

The first leg of the treble is Blackburn Rovers to beat Peterborough United. Blackburn have had a resurgence under new manager Appleton and despite a convincing defeat at Leicester in mid-week, can bounce straight back here. At home they are unbeaten in four having conceded just once and Peterborough’s away record of late has seen three defeats in their last four.

Next up we take Brighton to beat Huddersfield. Brighton are unbeaten in their last four matches, winning two of the last three at home conceding just once. Huddersfield have lost three of their last five on the road by scores of 6-1, 3-0 and 4-0.

Finally we drop to League One where Brentford are expected to beat Scunthrope. The Bees are still right in the promotion mix and are unbeaten in four at home, despite only winning one of these matches they are still scoring goals, something which Scunthrope have struggled to do on the road of late, losing their last two matches to nil.
