Man United to beat QPR

Bottom v Top at Loftus Road and there is a huge gulf in class between the teams. Whilst Harry Redknapp has made Rangers more hard to beat, i feel he didn't do enough in the transfer window to keep them afloat, highlighted by their last league game where they got mauled by Swansea. Man United are in imperious form, as they usually are at this stage of the season, unbeaten in their last 14 league games, winning 12 of them. They were also hugely impressive in the Bernabeu where i expected them to struggle. Complacency can be the only worry here, away win.

Watford to beat Derby

I feel Watford are overpriced again by the bookies, generally available at around 4/5, despite their hugely impressive run of form, winning 8 out of their last 11 and scoring 27 goals in the process. They are up to 3rd and have automatic promotion in their sights. Derby are in 10th, and have struggled to win of late, proving tough to beat but only winning of their last 7. Their overall away record is poor, recording just 3 wins and 9 defeats.

Blackburn to beat Leeds

Blackburn finally look to have some consistency this season under Michael Appleton and will be looking to make a late run to the playoffs. They have won their previous 2 at home and of course had the impressive win at the Emirates last weekend. Leeds have one of the poorest away records in the division, winning 3 and losing 9, without a win in 6 and a clean sheet in 16 on their travels. It's fair to say the takeover failed to provide the cash either Warnock or the fans had hoped for.

Northampton to beat Plymouth

Northampton have turned Sixfields into a bit of a fortress of late, winning 5 in a row there and scoring 12 goals in that time. They put a lot of pressure on teams with their direct style of play and the physical prowess of Platt and Akinfenwa. A style which has meant they are currently in the playoffs. Argyle are languishing in 22nd position, and have only 3 away from home this season and without a clean sheet in 12 on the road and it's hard to see that changing on Saturday.
