Sunday afternoon brings us the battle of the West sides, not to be confused with Westlife of course that are the 3^rd best of the West variety.

Enough of the gang battles, I’ll leave that to Ali G. Aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.

West Brom’s excellent start to the season has slightly come off the rails of late with 3 defeats on the bounce but despite this they still find themselves sitting pretty in 6^th place in the league. Their last 6 home games has seen them W4 & L2 and Steve Clarke will be hoping that their home form can put an end to the baggies little barren run.

West Ham has only won two of their past eight league matches and the news that the influential midfielder Mohamed Diame could be out for 3 months will not help their cause. The Hammers are another team that had a decent start to the season and find themselves in a respectable 10^th place.

I fully expect Big Sam to go to the Hawthorns and play for the draw, that and the fact that the last 3 meetings between these two sides have ended in draws, makes me come to this conclusion. It will be a draw.
