Tuesday sees the return of the Champions League and a full Football League schedule with both throwing up some juicy encounters. Here is Tuesday’s both teams to score tip with a potential win of almost 7/1 at Bet Victor.

Real Madrid Vs Borussia Dortmund

This clash of the titans sees the champions of Spain pitted against the champions of Germany with Real Madrid out for revenge. The Spanish side have found the back of the net a total of eight times in just three Champions League games this season with Cristiano Ronaldo leading the tournament scoring with five goals. Despite this good form in front of goal Madrid have been disappointing at the back, conceding five times and failing to keep a clean sheet so far.

Dortmund currently occupy top spot in Group D with two wins and one draw from their opening three fixtures. The team from Germany have scored in all of their fixtures so far and, out of the teams in their group, have created the most chances in front of goal. Jurgen Klopp’s side have breached the Real Madrid defence on their last three meetings and will be hoping for a repeat performance of their last game that saw them emerge 2-1 victors.

Madrid have only failed to score in one of their last twenty games at the Bernabeu and Dortmund have scored in all of their games away from home this season.

Burnley Vs Leeds United

The Clarets go into the game on Tuesday on the back of a dominant victory against Wolves at Turf Moor. Sean Dyche’s side have scored in all of their home games this season, bagging an impressive sixteen goals in just seven games. The problem for Burnley has been conceding goals with their defence being breached a total of twenty-nine times since August and fifteen times in their last ten matches at home.

A controversial 2-2 draw against Brighton at the weekend leaves Leeds sitting in twelfth position, three points off the playoff places. The Whites have a striking record of scoring and conceding in all seven of their away games this season and have only failed to score on one occasion since the start of the season. One win in their last six games means the pressure is on Neil Warnock’s men to put in a good attacking performance on Tuesday.

There has only been one clean sheet kept in the last four meeting between the two sides with six of the last ten games containing three or more goals.

Swindon Town Vs Sheffield United

Swindon will undoubtedly be thankful to return to league action on Tuesday after a 2-0 defeat at home to non-league side Macclesfield Town on Saturday meant the Robins had been knocked out of two cups in five days. Never-the-less, Paolo Di Canio’s side has only failed to score on two occasions at the County Ground since August and have found the back of the net a total of thirty-seven times in their last twenty home games in the league.

Sheffield United are only one of two undefeated teams in England’s top four divisions and go into the game after qualifying for the FA Cup second round with a 2-1 victory over Bristol Rovers. The Blades have scored in all seven of their away games this season and have only failed to score in one of their home games leaving them in an automatic promotion place after fifteen games.

The last time the two sides met was in the 99-00 season in the old Division One where both fixtures ended in a 2-2 draws.

Gillingham Vs Cheltenham Town

This Tuesday evening fixture pitches top of the table Gillingham against third place Cheltenham in the race for promotion to League One. The Gills struck four goals past League One side Scunthorpe in the FA Cup at the weekend and will look to continue their run of scoring in all of their home league games this season against Cheltenham. It is also worth noting that over 71% of Gillingham’s home games this season have ended with three or more goals being scored.

Much like the Gills, Cheltenham are in very good scoring form this season with the Robins scoring in all but one of their games away from Whaddon Road. Mark Yate’s team put the ball in the back of net three times against Yate at the weekend to secure a place in the FA Cup second round and he will undoubtedly be looking for a repeat performance on Tuesday.

Nine goals have been scored in the last four encounters between the two sides with more guaranteed this weekend.
