With this in mind (and the fact the Germans are further on in terms of fitness and sharpness) I can see Dortmund putting in another strong performance even without their new attacking duet of Andre Schurrle and Mario Gotze. With Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang supported by the clever Shinji Kagawa and the exciting Ousmane Dembele, it’s more than likely that Dortmund will fire in a few goals. However as attractive as they are to watch they are prone to losing concentration and conceding goals when seemingly in control as shown by the goal they conceded against Manchester United. For my second Borussia Dortmund vs Man City prediction of the afternoon, I will be going for a first goal scorer tip as this market has very good odds, especially with so many good attackers on display. Aubameyang and Aguero are two obvious shouts for this particular market, but I like the look of a young Frenchman.  Ousmane Dembele has hit the ground running since joining from Rennes this summer and this showed with a fantastic solo goal against Manchester United. He has electric pace and an eye for goal as shown by his 12 goals in 26 games last season in Ligue 1 and I think that with the Manchester City defence missing their talisman in Vincent Kompany, Dembele could open the scoring here and with odds of 6/1 at bet365 from the first goalscorer market.
